Do You NEED Tension wire?

Tension wire is a wire that runs the boundary of chain link fencing,It is attached at the terminal post at the bottom of the fence and pulled tight then  is connected to the wire mesh with "hog rings". The purpose in this wire is to keep anything from pushing under the fence.I strongly suggest this,the cost is only pennies per ft. well worth the piece of mind you get by having it.It is always included in my pricing,be sure to ask your contractor when getting your quote.

With the economy in the state it's in we all need a break,The cost of a new fence in any style is at a all time low,but still it can be costly. Im  doing more and more "face lifts" on faded warped fences,for example a 6' wood privacy fence can cost as little as 12.00 per ft.100' = 1,200 dollars,add a gate for 100.00 and your looking at 1,300.
    If you have a fence but it needs work,power washing and sealing, that will bring some life back to it,now you need to replace warped and cracked pick...

With so many in the construction industry out of work at this time there is alot of "Jacks of all trades" advertising to build fences,This is not to say most will not do a good job but I am Doing more and more repairs on on fences in Raleigh,Cary and the rest of the Triangle where the job was just not done correctly,with substandard materials or insufficient materials for the job.For example, A 6' wood fence should have 8' post set in at least 22" of concrete,3 2x4 horizontal rails,ring shank...
